As a Trainee Claims Assistant, you will be provided with training to understand the principles of insurance and to understand and apply insurance policy terms. Once you understand the fundamentals you will move, with coaching, to provide comprehensive claims management services from notification through to settlement, to all our customers and clients. No experience is required as the successful candidate will receive training through their path to becoming a valued member of our Claims Team.
Our Claims Team members have a varied role and are responsible for investigation, handling and settling claims under delegated authority so no to days are the same.
